ENTRY LOGISTICS
Kardeljeva ploščad will be fully fenced off for the Karneval event, the open air spectacular celebrating Joker Out’s 10th anniversary. The main concert venue will be accessible through two main entrances, each of which will be divided into multiple entry corridors. In these, visitors will first undergo a security check, followed by ticket scanning.
The venue will open for visitors on Saturday, June 20th at 15:00.

SECURITY CHECK
The security check will be conducted to ensure that no dangerous items are brought into the Karneval venue. We all hope that this magnificent spectacular, marking the 10th anniversary of Joker Out will take place in a pleasant atmosphere filled with warmth, friendship and excitement, accompanied by great music and a rich supporting program.
Security staff will check you upon arrival at Kardeljeva ploščad, followed by ticket scanning and then entry to the main Karneval venue.
TICKET SCANNING
You can enter the Karneval with either printed tickets or electronic tickets. It is essential that you purchase them from the official seller (Eventim) and exercise great caution if purchasing through resellers. In the event of fraud, the organisers accept no responsibility.
PRIORITY LANE FOR SPAR PLUS CARDHOLDERS
ENTRY FOR SPAR & MASTERCARD SNEAK PEEK TICKET HOLDERS
These are special tickets that will be equivalent to Fan Pit tickets on Saturday, June 20th; the day before — on Friday, June 19th — they grant exclusive entry to the venue at 7 p.m., allowing you the opportunity to watch the rehearsal before the big show at 8:30 p.m. Entry will be through the main entrance to the venue.
ENTRY FOR THE SPAR FAN PIT TICKET HOLDERS
Entry for Fan Pit ticket holders will be through the main entrances. From 3:00 p.m. to 6 p.m., all holders of these tickets will be able to enjoy the rich daytime accompanying program, before moving to the Fan Pit, which will open for you at exactly 6 p.m.. To allow you to move freely between the Fan Pit and the general standing area, you will receive a special wristband upon entering the Fan Pit.
VENUE LAYOUT
The first section of the venue will be primarily dedicated to the accompanying program (various activations, games, merchandise), food and beverage offerings (bars and food trucks), toilets and our partners’ stands. The main activities in this area will run from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m..
The second section will be divided into main floor (parter) and the Fan Pit (standing area directly in front of the stage). The action on the main stage will begin at 6 p.m., with the highlight of the evening scheduled for 9 p.m., when the stars of the event — the guys from the band Joker Out — will take the stage.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
The list of prohibited items will be defined and published a few days before the event. After consulting with the relevant authorities, the organizers have decided—due to the large number of people—to prohibit, in addition to the items typically banned at major events, the bringing of any food and beverages, water bottles, glass bottles, etc., umbrellas, and other potentially dangerous, sharp, or hard objects.
